страх. прижизненный расчет* (покупка третьим лицом полиса страхования жизни у застрахованного; сходен с виатикальным расчетом, но отличается от последнего тем, что предназначен не для смертельно больных людей, нуждающихся в дополнительных средствах для покрытия медицинских расходов, а для пожилых лиц, которые больше не хотят иметь страховой полис или не могут выплачивать страховые премии; обычно прижизненный расчет позволяет застрахованным получить более крупную сумму, чем та, которую они бы получили просто расторгнув договор со страховой компанией; также называется "расчет с пожилыми" (senior settlement), так как это метод расчетов предназначен преимущественно для лиц старше 65 лет)Syn:See: -
